One of the mis conceptions that I see with people in their new yards is about the drains that are placed in the yards. Those drains are not connected to some endless sewer drain system. They are draining into a drain field that we created using gravel and sand. If your drain is full, an water is standing, that means you have been watering your yard to much. You should be only watering 3-4 times a week. If you are watering 2 times a day everyday, you are not helping your lawn, and that is why your drains are full. Please post comments questions here.
