I have a few minor repairs: replace window screen ,my kitchen cabinet utensil drawer(sliding hardware) broke and onf of my sprinklers needs to be readjusted as it is watering the road and my lawn! Also thinking about purchaing new home within the next year or so. Am interested in Blackstead and will be checking out all your new homes on your website.
