Garage Door

Hello,

First of all thanks for being at the HOA last night and hearing the concerns of the homeowners. We appreciate you.

We have a small problem with our double car garage door. It is sporadically only closing 1/2 or 3/4 of the way then bouncing back up or, not wanting to close at all. Therefore we are leaving thinking we have closed it and come home to an open door. Doug took a look at it thinking we had something that was blocking the sensor or whatever and has hit a dead end.
Would you guys be able to come take a look at it in the next week or so? We were also wondering, our neighbor Mike Hurst has a timer on his that will automatically close after 30 minutes. Would it be possible to get one of those installed, provided the cost is not waaay out there.

Also, just a heads up, we have some areas around the house where the paint was not done properly and also a few small tile areas effected by house settling. We are waiting a little longer to give you the full list until later this spring or summer to give the house more time to settle. So no need for action at the moment just wanted to let you know it would be coming since we were writing to you about the garage doors anyway.
