    Every situation is different, all depending on the nature of your Customer Service Request (CSR) We would like to have everything done within a week. We will send you an email 7 days after your initial request asking you if those items have been handled.

    Some items are emergency’s that require quicker service such as water leaks, plumber items. We want those items handled immediately.
