Hello Folks,

I have a couple problems.

#1. The ladies vanity sink faucet in the master bath is now broken. It leaks to the point that I had to shut the water off to it. If you remember, it was bound up and not operating well and Richard came out and fixed it. Now it is unusable.

#2. There are several more doors that need to be adjusted. They either won’t close, or don’t close correct without hitting on a part of the jamb itself.

#3. One of the french drains back by the patio is not efficient at all. It only takes a small rain storm for that drain to overflow, and when it does it leaks all over the patio. Needs to be looked at and a real plan decided on to make it function properly.
