There are at least 2 boards in our wood flooring that seem to be warping and are lifting from the sub floor.
2 are in the main entrance hallway. Please evaluate.

Our Kitchenmaid microwave has on multiple occasions displaying “door ajar” messages when it was clearly closed. After several attempts reclining the door it would then operate again. Please evaluate.

Please evaluate multiple scratches where it appears plumber installed hardware (water control handle) on tub to see if these can be buffed out.

Painted area of repair still unevenly shows uneven coverage. Please evaluate.

Loose connection right side of towel rack. Since this newer type does not have a locking screw it may not
have been securely installed. Please evaluate

Please evaluate weatherstrip on the front door and master exit due to daylight showing and weatherstrip
inadequate at these areas.

There are 2 cupboard panels adjacent to microwave that are rubbing each other…adjustment?

The single garage door opener is not functioning properly. It gives a flashing light and
will not close when activated by remote. If the control pad at door to home held down it will close.
