Attention Mike………Numerous flaws in the wood flooring… 1/2 dollar size bump in the mstr bdrm carpet…Flaws in porcelain sink in front bath…threshold loose in garage door way…vents in bathrooms and kitchen rattling. rope lights under kitchen cabinets visible between cabinet and trim.

Jeremy, Thanks for the info on the floors, great looking, like to keep them that way. New discovery…. It appears the carpet folks laid the carpet over what appears to be a wood scrap in the master. Be good if someone could stop by and have a look. Thanks, jim

seams in the patio are not sealed which allow sand to come up from under the slab..
we would appreciate information on the floors and the potential of up grading the vents. we have replaced the photo cell so the lights are operating properly, we have moved the heater that was mistakenly installed in the garage as opposed to the “rec room”…[Read more] -

Still no mail box. I called Brighton and was told it was the contractors responsibility to order mail boxes.
I’m able to put one in but not sure that will be appreciated. 🙂 -

Love the house, contractor came yesterday and fixed the “creaking ” floor in the mstr bdr. we still have mismatched paint on the walls in the front hall and living room. touch up was a step backwards.
