Home Maintenance 7 years, 10 months ago We were one of the homeowners who had an ice dam. Water damage throughout our whole hallway wall, floor, and trim. I would not expect Blackstead to replace the damage but would like to know who the subcontractors are to fix the damage so that it all looks the same as it did before. Especially the drywall pattern. Could you please contact me via email and let me know who I can schedule to come fix my home. Thank you.
Sorry this happened, what a crazy winter. I know this response is super late, but I also have heard that you guys have talked with Mike. I hope you got the subcontractor list that you requested. Sorry once again for the issues. I have heard many other people having similar problems (new and old homes alike)
