Several things need attention in my new home.
1. the block in the central control panel is wrong. The Century Link installer had to bypass it to connect me.
2. The freezer unit does not seal properly. It builds up frost which periodically breaks of and falls on the floor.
There is an irritating sound in the duct system when the fan is running.
The fireplace screen has never been replaced
The windows have never been cleaned as promised
The scratches on the floor have never been repaired as promised
