This is just to memorialize conversation with Mike – spoke last week. I’ve tried resetting this outlet several times to no avail. Checked circuit box and nothing has been tripped. Per Jarrod, the garage door is out of alignment and needs adjusting. It also needs another coat of stain. The door locking mechanism on the door from the garage to the laundry room could not be fixed and needs to be replaced.

There are at least 2 boards in our wood flooring that seem to be warping and are lifting from the sub floor.
2 are in the main entrance hallway. Please evaluate.

Our Kitchenmaid microwave has on multiple occasions displaying “door ajar” messages when it was clearly closed. After several attempts reclining the door it would then operate again. Please evaluate.
