I was just called from AMI and they stated that the soakers were turned off. Not true. I just went out there at 4:03pm and the sprinkler box is still open and I can hear running water. The water is causing my bark to run off. I would like my bark replaced especially in the back yard. The front does need some bark due to the run off. I have placed several calls. Emergency line AMI, Blackstead. The soakers are still on.

The landscape guys were here yesterday and left the soakers on overnight. The sprinkler box is open but I do not know how to shut it off. In the back the lawns are saturated and the water is running off on the walkway to the greenbelt.
I have called AMI’s emergency number. No call back. I have called Blackstead but left a message.

I was given the wrong garage door opener. The maintenance man said I needed an orange dot one.
The fan in the master bedroom was not installed properly. Chain missing and one chain was left inside light with plastic. -

The single garage door opener is not functioning properly. It gives a flashing light and
will not close when activated by remote. If the control pad at door to home held down it will close. -
