This is just to memorialize conversation with Mike – spoke last week. I’ve tried resetting this outlet several times to no avail. Checked circuit box and nothing has been tripped. If I knew which circuit the outlet was on (not indicated that I could find) I’d try and fix it myself. We’ve tried multiple appliances on it – they work on other outlets but not this one.
