seams in the patio are not sealed which allow sand to come up from under the slab..

Ron Blackstead stopped by my home on April 1, 2016 to see concerns I had about cracks in stocco, concrete sinking, and drainage. He said he would have people contact me, at this time no one has contacted me regarding fixing problems

Still no mail box. I called Brighton and was told it was the contractors responsibility to order mail boxes.
I’m able to put one in but not sure that will be appreciated. 🙂-

Love the house, contractor came yesterday and fixed the “creaking ” floor in the mstr bdr. we still have mismatched paint on the walls in the front hall and living room. touch up was a step backwards.

I have a couple problems.
#1. The ladies vanity sink faucet in the master bath is now broken. It leaks to the point that I had to shut the water off to it. If you remember, it was bound up and not operating well and Richard came out and fixed it. Now it is unusable.
